Ana is a child, adolescent, and family therapist who uses an eclectic approach when treating clients and families, allowing each individual and family to be treated using the most helpful modality shown to be most effective for treating a particular concern. She and Willy (therapy dog) are dedicated to helping clients and families improve their quality of life. Ana’s work with clients and families begins with engagement and trust building because this is a key component to effective and quality service provision. She has experience working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral problems, trauma, relational and adjustment issues, concerns related to chronic medical conditions, ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and developmental concerns. Ana loves working with adoptive children and families. She works with the family to ensure ongoing stability, permanency, and well-being. Ana helps family members strengthen their relationships and deepen their bond.
